You will have your grinder screen way cleaner than before. However, depending on how clogged your grinder is, this method's efficiency may vary. So, if your grinder screen was really really dirty, you may still have some kief stuck to your grinder screen surface. Method 2

For this method, you will need to get some rubbing alcohol. The rest is actually very easy. After leaving your grinder soaking in rubbing alcohol overnight, all the trichomes that are clogged to the screen should lose off a bit. Then, pass the grinder screen through a hot water rinse to melt down the rest of the trichomes stuck to the screen’s grid and wash them out. You can use a toothbrush to remove the remains of trichomes left.

After this, we recommend leaving the grinder outside for at least a few hours to let the air out the remaining alcohol that may remain in the grinder screen. Now your grinder should look completely new and ready to use again.

If you have an extremely clogged grinder, we recommend you to combine these two methods so you can first separate the remaining kief from the screen and then finish the cleaning process of your grinder screen by doing a deep cleaning with the rubbing alcohol process. After following these steps, you should end up with a completely clean grinder screen ready to collect your kief once again.
