Turn it off

Make sure to turn off your PS4 and unplug all the cords before you get started.

Blow it off

Take a can of compressed air and aim a short burst around the console, on the front-facing USB ports, and the ports on the sides and back. Shoot a continuous burst of compressed air across the top of your PS4 to remove any buildup.

Wipe it down

• Use a soft microfiber cloth to wipe the console. Be sure to wipe dust away from openings on the device.
• Fold your microfiber cloth in half so that a clean side faces out, and gently wipe it around your PS4.

Clean the area

Clean the area where your console sits to keep dust from collecting near it.

Keep in mind: We don't recommend taking apart your PS4 console to clean the inside since opening the case will void your warranty. Just be careful and avoid pushing dust into the device so you don't have to worry about cleaning the interior.
