1. Use the Tip of a Nail Pick
This is the easiest way to clean under your nails. All you have to do is buy a nail pick, which is usually included with your nail clippers. Once your hands are dry, you can use the tip of that pick to dig beneath your nail. Rub a tissue against the pick to remove whatever gunk comes out, and then move on to your next nail.
2. Soak Them in Water
If you want to clean your entire nail, instead of beneath it, you can soak your hands in water. Just make sure that the water isn't cold, because warm water will do a better job of getting you all cleaned up. Don't forget to add soap to that water!
3. Use a Nail Brush to Scrub
If you don't have a nail brush, then you should think about buying one. You can use it while you're soaking your hands in soapy water. In between dips, you can take your hand out and scrub at your nails, making sure to get the top and what's underneath it. It'll do a thorough job.

4. Soak Them in Apple Cider Vinegar

Plenty of people swear by apple cider vinegar. Place some of it in a container, just deep enough so that you can fully submerge your nails, and leave them in there for five minutes. You can even use that nail brush if you'd like!

6. Wear Gloves when Cleaning
It'll be easier for you to clean your nails if they aren't all that dirty to begin with. To avoid ruining them, you can try wearing gloves when you're cleaning. That way, you won't end up with dirt under your fingernails. Plus, you'll save your skin from being bogged down with chemicals. It's all around healthier to walk around in gloves.
7. Soak in Lemon Juice and Baking Soda
https://media.giphy.com/media/jI3zz5KfaIeXu/giphy.gifIf you aren't happy with an apple cider vinegar soak, then there's one last thing you can try. If you have some lemon juice and baking soda, you can mix the two together. After you do that, you can dip your fingers into the mixture and let it work its magic.
Make sure you keep your nails clean, because you never know when your polish will chip and everything will be visible. What other tips do you have for ladies who want to thoroughly clean beneath their nails?
