How To Cancel An Account: Contact Member Services either by email [email protected] or phone 1-888-BEST BUY (1-888-237-8289).

According to their membership FAQs, cancellation may take 6 to 8 weeks to finalize. Upon cancellation, the membership will be inactivated. If the membership is cancelled or inactivated, the account holder will receive reward certificates down to the $5 level, and any remaining points will be forfeited. For example, if the member have 300 points, you would receive a $5 reward certificate (for 250 points) and forfeit 50 points.
