Closing your account will permanently delete all data and content associated with it, and you won’t be able to sign into PlayStation with that account.
How do I close my account?
To request an account closure, you can contact us. Please have the following information on hand:
Sign-in ID (email address)
Online ID
How to close your account on PlayStation Family app
Open the PlayStation Family app and sign in.
Select Settings from the bottom of the home screen.
Scroll down and select Close Your Account from the bottom of the menu.
Follow the on-screen instructions.
