Here’s a step-by-step recipe guide on cooking a BUBBA burger on a stovetop:

  2. Place frozen BUBBA burgers on the hot skillet and cook each side for 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. Optional: Add cheese and put the lid on top of the pan so the cheese melts.

Here’s how to air fry frozen BUBBA burgers:

  1. Place frozen BUBBA burger patties in the bottom of the air fryer basket. Make sure the patties are in a single layer, and they don’t overlap or overcrowd.
  2. Cook frozen BUBBA burger patties at 370 degrees for about 6 minutes on each side, so 12 minutes in total.

The temperature of a BUBBA burger depends on its thickness and your air fryer. If your fryer cooks at 370 degrees, you’ll need 9 to 15 minutes.

  • Rare — 8 to 12 minutes, or 4 to 6 minutes on each side, and an internal temperature 120 degrees.
  • Medium — 10 to 12 minutes, or 5 to 6 minutes on each side, and an internal temperature 150 degrees.
  • Well done — 12 to 15 minutes, or 6 to 7.5 minutes on each side, and an internal temperature 160 degrees.

5. Pressure Cooker

The final way in which I cook frozen turkey burgers is the pressure cooker. This cooking method is the longest and requires a little more work, but it's worth it.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Put the trivet into the pressure cooker.
  2. Fill the pressure cooker with the recommended amount of water for the size of your cooker.
  3. You shouldn't thaw BUBBA burgers. Wrap them in aluminum foil and place them so they don't sit on top of each other.
  4. Cook the burger patty for about 20 minutes on the manual setting.
  5. Release the pressure.
  6. Top with cheese if you want, and serve flavorful hamburgers.

Storing and Heating Leftovers

If you have some leftover beef, onion burger and onion patties, you can place them in a container and store them in the fridge for up to 3 days.

I reheat the beef burgers either via an air fryer or a microwave. I reheat them in the air fryer at 370 degrees for about 4 minutes or microwave them for about 40 seconds on each side.
