Organized stalking in general is becoming much more commonly reported today. Targeted individuals who are dealing with being stalked have many challenges, the most common one being able to prove it and getting others to believe you. Victims can feel isolated, wondering if there is help for people who are being gang stalked, or if they will lose control of their lives or minds. The key to dealing with this is an understanding of what gang stalking, organized community stalking is - and determining if you are actually a targeted individual. This is a complete guide to the subject, so let's dive into it.

What is Gang Stalking?

 Gang Stalking, also known as Community Stalking, Cause Stalking or Stalking-by-Proxy is the nomenclature used to describe the various techniques deliberately used against individuals with various nefarious intentions. Given the rise of government surveillance post-9/11 and also the advance of technology, more and more individuals are finding themselves being watched by person or persons unknown. Many states have since enacted laws against stalking, where someone is the victim of a lone individual who pursues them obsessively and aggressively to the point of harassment. When this sort of behaviour is organized and carried out by groups or agencies, it is called gang stalking. This can take many forms where persons, as "Targeted Individuals" can be victims of these behaviours from friends, co-workers, neighbours or more sophisticated attacks from the result of them being placed on a "watch list" by various government agencies, all carried out for the express purposes of harassment, revenge, retaliation, silencing, harming or controlling the Targeted Individual. In any event, the person finds strange things happening around them - patterns begin to emerge, such as being followed, vehicular surveillance outside their homes or on the road with the same cars trailing them, maybe happening at the same time as getting mysterious phone calls for the first time along with all sorts of other strange "coincidences" and so on. It is a systemic, patterned set of behaviours for the purposes of destroying or harming someone's life, ruining their relationships, reputation and standing in their community, and harming their health, particularly their mental health, as well as causing financial harm to the Targeted Individual.  Gang Stalking is often referred to as "Organized Gang Stalking", due to the deliberate and organized strategic nature of it. These are not random occurrences, but demonstrable, repeated patterned behaviours, directed at you as a Targeted Individual. Often we hear the term "mobbing" used as well. What this is, is a form of harassment primarily taking place in the workplace.

What is a Targeted Individual?

 A Targeted Individual is anyone who finds themselves either a victim of demonstrably repeated, patterned behaviours such as those described above or one who finds that they have been placed on a list or registry, and flagged.  These lists, often compiled by law enforcement agencies, go by names such as "non-conviction police records", or "offender registry" or " Violent Persons Registry" and so forth, but they can also be compiled by corporations or political parties as well, particularly now with social media devolving into a surveillance apparatus itself. 

 The history of such practices goes back a long way, as we will get to shortly, to some of the most repressive regimes in history. These same tactics have been borrowed and are now deployed regularly.

The History of Organized Stalking:CIA's COINTELPRO, MKUltra, Red Squads, & the Stasi

 The world's governments became much more entangled into and obsessed with surveillance systems after the Second World War. We saw the expansion of the Soviet Bloc in Eastern Europe and the Cold War. Domestically, the government became equally paranoid of its own citizens in western nations. In the 1950s and 60s, with the growth of technology, mass media and inroad of politics in our lives, governments engaged in various nefarious "Operations" against their own people. 

 What would be later unearthed though freedom of information requests were secret programs such as Operation Northwoods, Operation Mockingbird, COINTELPRO, MKUltra. If you doubt that the government would ever dream of harming its own citizens, read yourself into any of these confirmed operations. Incidentally, the now-tired term, "conspiracy theorist" was coined by Operation Mockingbird as a means to discredit and gaslight anyone who disagreed with the Warren Commission's final word on the JFK assassination. If you came out and wrote an op-ed critical of the "lone gunman" explanation - you were a "conspiracy theorist". COINTELPRO, which began in 1956 and lasted well into the 1970s, was a series of secret operations of the FBI under its director J. Edgar Hoover. Its agents used many of the techniques we will look at to surveil, infiltrate, discredit, and disrupt any potential domestic movements that threatened the establishment. Project MKUltra, or MKUltra, was carried out by the CIA. Another illegal, abusive and illegitimate program, Project MKUltra's focus was on mind control, mind manipulation or "brainwashing". The Office of Scientific Intelligence of the CIA in coordination with the United States Army Biological Warfare Laboratories used mind-altering drugs such as LSD and scopolamine to extract confessions from subjects and manipulate the subject's mental health. (Project Bluebird and Project Artichoke were similar experiments the US government carried out on its own citizens). One of the more famous cases of LSD experimentation, mind control and MKULTRA was documented in investigative journalist Tom O'Neill's book, Chaos: Charles Manson, the CIA, and the Secret History of the Sixties. In it he details the experimentation being done in the late 1960s in San Francisco's Haight Ashbury section.

O'Neill delved into correspondence between the infamous Jolly West, one of the CIA scientists doing researcher into using LSD to facilitate mind control, and Sidney Gottlieb, who created and headed the MKUltra program.

The LSD experiments were carried out by parole officer Roger Smith and pharmacological researcher David Smith at the Haight Ashbury Free Medical Clinic as part of a program funded by the US government. Guess who was Roger Smith's most parolee? Charles Manson!

 The Canadian government also carried out these experiments in Montreal in the 1960s.The Stasi, was the state surveillance apparatus of the former state known as East Germany. Its programs established a vast network that would indoctrinate citizens to spy on each other. This psychological state terrorism was assimilated into its culture. The program began in 1950 and lasted for the next thirty years or so.

How Widespread Has Government Surveillance Gotten Today?

 We've all heard the phrase, "9/11 changed everything". Boy, did it ever. There has never been a better time to be a spy - from the NSA, FBI, CIA, MI5/MI6, CSIS, and so on, joined at the hip with Big Tech, we're all under surveillance to one degree or another. From commonplace things like the CCTV in your neighbourhood to every swipe of your ATM card you use for consumer purchases, everything is being watched.  

 Law Enforcement Intelligence Units are more elaborate than their first inception as "Red Squads" over 100 years ago to fight subversive political movements. It is not a conspiracy or paranoid belief to see a surveillance van on your street. All protest movements are not only recorded, with its participants catalogued, but these protests are all invariably infiltrated.  There is evidence as of now that the events at the US Capitol on January 6th, 2021, were infiltrated by the FBI. How widespread their net was in this case alone is a nightmare.  President Biden's administration wants Americans to report "radicalized friends, family, co-workers" to government. So-called "See Something, Say Something" initiatives are becoming more documented. After reading about the Stasi, guess where the US government and other "Five Eyes" nations got this model from? It is clear that the state's surveillance ecosystem, with its focus on "pre-crime" is now creating on-demand criminals and persons of interest, possibly for use in so-called false flag operations. And this is how easy it is for someone who has an axe to grind with you to ruin your life - all they have to do is to report you as a suspicious, "person of interest" or "potentially radicalized" or "at-risk" and you are for it!

Who Engages in Gang Stalking?

 Depending on your own case, there can be many factors at play as to who would want to harm you, who you are, what assets you have, what threat you might pose - real or theoretical - in the mind of your stalkers.  Government actors have unlimited resources whereas a jealous ex, disgruntled employee or vengeful neighbour do not. These are the sorts of factors which you will need to take into account if you are trying to flesh out not only who is behind these sorts of attacks on you, but who could have the resources to do it. These sorts of things are extremely difficult to prove to law enforcement, which is one of the reasons many are then being gaslighted using dark psychology tactics and told that they are simply imagining this. This is a prime example of mind manipulation techniques. There are also many experts on dark psychology and gang stalking, who offer even further explanation, namely supernatural speculation on dark mind control manipulation techniques as explained by the interpretation of metaphysical and occult forces.

What Are The Motives for Gang Stalking?

 To be honest, there are many, many reasons that you, as a Targeted Individual can be the victim of Organized Gang Stalking/Community Stalking. Again, the motives will largely also depend if whether or not government agencies are involved. It isn't unreasonable to assert that anyone who is a threat, real or perceived to someone in power or authority could be targeted. Some of the potential motivations behind flagging someone for organized stalking are:

• Cause Problems For Targeted Individuals in a Residential Complex

 With our world today, it seems no one really knows what is going on, other than the media and authorities lying to us and distorting our perceptions. What if in reality they are planning to enact a Chinese CCP social credit system, where we will all eventually be tracked 24/7? Not to be be alarmist, but one might be not surprised to hear someone asking: could the rise in gangstalking accounts in the last several years be evidence of governments running covert tests on people, before a mass rollout of a social credit/tracking system?

Gang Stalking & Harassment Tactics

 Some of the most common tactics of Community Stalking are: electronic harassment, constant surveillance, mental manipulation, sabotage, investigation and disclosure, aka "doxxing" of personal information, trauma-based manipulation and other purposeful interferences with one's daily life such as noise and disruptions in one's daily routine and vandalism and similar acts. They also have gaslighting down to a science in itself. In fact it is much worse, they can brainwash people into actually believing they committed a crime that never even happened! 

 Electronic harassment, is another example, and it's exactly what it sounds like - the use of technology to harass others to cause harm. It could be Extremely low frequency (ELF) is the ITU designation for electromagnetic radiation (radio waves) with frequencies from 3 to 30 Hz, frequencies that are otherwise inaudible but cause physical distress such as nausea and mental duress, insomnia and so on. Given that the human brain works on frequencies, one can see how damaging this can be and how difficult it is to prove. 

 Some of these frequencies have been shown to induce visual hallucinations, artificial disturbing dreams, impairment of memory, disrupt your Circadian Rhythm, jam or block your memory as well as cause mysterious body aches and pains and nausea.Electronic harassment can also be used to damage your technology or devices and interfere with your access to phone or internet.  Triangulating data from cellphone towers and WiFi signals is another tactic that particularly state actors can use to put you essentially under constant surveillance. And no doubt you've read about their ability to remotely switch on your mobile phone's camera, microphone and the webcam on your laptop. The government has been proven to have and use Doppler radar devices to detect breathing and movement through the walls of your home! Another aspect of electronic harassment is the use of technology such as RNM - "remote neuronal monitoring" and V2K, or so-called "Voice-to-Skull" devices to implant voices. This would be an example of government intel agencies involved. More and more commonly now we are also seeing drones, which now put previously advanced technology into the hands of your stalker, causing you to have a perpetual "peeping Tom" in your life.Another new and alarming way that we are being stalked is with new GPS technologies, such as Apple's AirTag. A bad actor puts one on you or your car and then can track you. As this poster on Twitter says: 

"for example—if someone slipped one in your purse. Your phone is off but you’re in a mall. As long there are ppl in the mall that have iPhones, every time you walk near someone else’s iPhone, the bad guy owner of the AirTag will get a LIVE update on your location."

The worst part of this is, if you don’t have an iPhone, you’ll never know if you’re being tracked. Human traffickers also use these AirTag devices! One way for Android users to protect themselves against stalking via AirTags is with an app like AirGuard. Created by the Technical University of Darmstadt in Germany, the AirGuard app scans for AirTags around you, alerting you. 

How To Stop Gang Stalkers

 The most important thing to do is remain vigilant and calm, and not to question your own sanity. This stuff is very real and happens to innocent people every day, perhaps even someone you know. What is most important is to find your strength and listen to your inner voice, your instincts and do what you need to do to remain resilient in the face of this abuse. Take the utmost care of your health, mentally and physically, ensuring you get proper sleep, exercise and leisure, as an outlet for you such as a hobby or pet can help immensely. Also keep a journal of daily occurrences and your mood and thoughts. Seek out your most trusted friends while you do as much as you can do document and record these patterns and occurrences and get concrete evidence to use in legal criminal proceedings against the individuals and also in civil litigation. Setting up quality cameras to cover your residence inside and out to capture all angles and output the video to the cloud for backup. One thing not to do is to get a camera such as a Ring Security Camera, as those are shared with law enforcement. Backup all video to a private cloud, preferably one outside of the jurisdiction of the Five Eyes. If you find your are a victim of mobile surveillance or traffic mobbing, invest in a good dashcam, or helmet cam if you are a cyclist.  Thankfully with the rise of various video platforms and alternative tech, there are many good outlets for you to turn the tables on your stalkers and expose them for the rest of the world to see. Cockroaches apparently hate the light! Indoors, it might be good to invest in EMF Protection blankets, Wi-Fi jammers, and Faraday shield covers for your devices to block government trackers such as the Stingray phone tracker which almost every police department use and have across all neighborhoods. Above, I mentioned that many stalkers are using drones. These can be blocked using Wi-Fi jammers as this is how they are remotely controlled by their operator. It is also recommended to look into "bug sweepers".  Bug sweeping which is sometimes also referred to as Technical Surveillance Countermeasures are physical in-person electronic checks for audio and video surveillance and evidence that you or someone in your home is being watched and secretly recorded with hidden cameras or listening devices, as well as using professionally certified government-grade "Technical Surveillance Countermeasures" to scan for for radio signals which might be leaking your data or audio/video recordings of you. Bug sweepers also scan for eavesdropping devices, key loggers on your devices and other electronic equipment checks. If you feel that you are a victim of purely psychological tactics, known as "Dark Psychology" there are some experts that I know who have helped very close friends of mine who've dealt with this sinister abuse. That I one of my motivations for writing about this subject, as a lifelong friend of mine had her life and marriage ruined by this particular sort of gang stalking by a deranged individual.
