If you work with spline in solidworks, it is easier to achieve the intended goal of seeing the crest of curvature we can display it by right-clicking the viewing panel to help tools and selecting functions "show crest of curvature"

either in the properties panel on the left side of the screen specifying respectively pane with "show curvature"
