Baseball caps have graced the heads of some of the cartoon world's famous characters--Hey Arnold, Ash from Pokémon, Bart Simpson, etc. Now your cartoon characters can have baseball caps too!

Easiest Way to Draw a Baseball Hat
Download Article
1 Begin by drawing a semicircle. This will be the part of the hat that will rest on your head.
2 Add the visor. To do so, first draw a rectangle, then add a small triangle beneath it. Also draw a small half-oval on top of the semicircle you drew in step one. Advertisement
3 Add the curves for the cap. This includes the curve of the visors and the division of the base (see image).
4 Ink the drawing. Erase the sketch.
5 Color and shade the drawing. You're done!

1 Start by drawing a hemisphere.
2 Draw a semi oval. Do this at the right side of the hemisphere.
Draw a curved line over the narrow part of the semi oval.
3 Outline the shape of the hat over the sketch.
4 Erase the sketch carefully. Add in details.
5 Line the drawing with a black liner.
Erase the pencil and add in color.

Question Is there a simpler way to draw it? Community Answer Not really, this is pretty basic. Question How do I draw it from the front? Community Answer Well, there's the bill of the hat that's a bit thick, so just draw it with a thick line in front.
