Pineapples are often thought of as being a fruit of the tropics, and with their somewhat spiny appearance, they can be quite an interesting fruit - especially to draw. Whether you need to draw a pineapple for something important, or you just want to be a little more creative, follow the steps below to draw your perfect pineapple.

To draw a pineapple, start by drawing an oval that's thinner at the top than at the bottom. Then, draw the spiky leaves of the pineapple at the top of the oval. Next, draw curved diagonal lines going across the oval that are evenly spaced apart. Now do the same thing again but going the other way to create diamond shapes on the pineapple.
