Step 1: Draw the bottom frills of the skirt starting from the top layer to the bottom.

Step 2: Start from the bottom up drawing the lines for the frills of the skirt.

Step 3: Shade in the folds of the skirt, to add the volume for the skirt.

Step 4: Shade in with one color the whole skirt

Step 5: Take the darker color and shade in the darks on the top and at the bottom of the skirt.

Step 6: Add highlights to the folds that are facing light.

Step 7: Add the highlights to the skirt and to it’s folds.
