Materials

• Drawing Paper. This is the good stuff you can buy in bulk for a good price.
• Pencils. I like how this brand always makes nice dark lines.
• Black Marker. A permanent marker will give you a dark black color.
• Crayons. The larger packs are nice for more color choices.

Step by Step Directions

Time needed: 45 minutes

How to Draw Harry Potter

1. Start the head.

   

2. Add bangs on top, and two ears.

   

3. Draw the outer hair line.

   

4. Add the face (with scar!) as shown.

   

5. Draw the scarf and coat.

   

6. Add the hand, wand, shirt and pants.

   

7. Draw a simple owl.

   

8. Add an arm underneath, and bushes and moon behind.

   

9. Trace with a marker and color.
