One of the coolest features to come out of Red Dead Redemption 2's Story Mode was the ability to dual wield weapons, a feature that many players loved.

If you were one of those players, then you will be happy to know that Dual Wielding Weapons have made a return to Red Dead Online. Unfortunately though, unlike Red Dead Redemption 2's Story Mode, dual wielding weapons are a little more challenging to obtain in the online world.

Before you can get your hands on dual wield weapons, you must first reach rank 25 in order to gain access to the Off Hand Holster. If you are struggling to rank up, check out our complete how-to guide on Earning Fast XP in Red Dead Online.

As soon as you reach the required rank, you can purchase the Off Hand Holster through the catalog by pressing the Left D-Pad and selecting Weapon Accessories. Alternatively, you can visit any gun store around the map in Red Dead Online.

When purchasing the holster, you will find that there are several different options available to purchase. As a beginners holster, the Horsemanship holster is more than capable of doing the job and will only set you back $8.50.

To access your dual wield weapons, simply open the Weapons Wheel by pressing L1 / LB and selecting the set of two arrows at the top of the wheel - a process that is very much the same as Red Dead Redemption 2's Story Mode.
