This wikiHow teaches you how to empty your Google Drive's trash folder on the Google Drive app for iPhone and iPad. Deleting items in the trash folder deletes them permanently and there is no way to recover them.

Steps

1. 1 Open Google Drive. It's the app with the green, blue, and yellow triangle icon.
   • Download the Google Drive app from the App Store and sign in with your Google account if you have not already done so.

4. 4 Tap ⋯ button. It's in the top-right corner.
5. 5 Tap Empty Trash. This will prompt a confirmation pop-up window.
6. 6 Tap Delete Forever to confirm.
