This wikiHow teaches you how to turn on Timeline review using the Facebook mobile app on Android. Timeline review lets you see the posts you're tagged in by friends before they appear on your Timeline, and is turned on by default.

Steps

1. 1 Open the Facebook App on your Android. The Facebook icon looks like a white “f” in a blue box.
   • If you're not automatically logged into Facebook on your device, you will have to sign in with your email address or phone number and your password.
2. 2 Tap the Menu button. It looks like three horizontal lines below the Search bar in the upper-right corner of your screen. Advertisement
3. 3 Scroll down and tap Account Settings.
   • Depending on your device and current software, you might have to tap Settings first, and then tap Account Settings.
4. 4 Tap Timeline and tagging.
5. 5 Tap on the box that says Review posts that friends tag you in before they appear on your Timeline?. This option will be at the top of your screen under the heading Who can add things to my Timeline?
6. 6 Slide the Timeline review switch to On position. Your settings will be saved automatically. You will now get a notification every time a friends tags you in a post. When you get a notification, you can either confirm your tag, or hide the post from your Timeline.
   • Posts you don't confirm will still have your tag, but won't be shown on your Timeline.
