How to enable PS5 Console Sharing and Offline Play
Console Sharing and Offline Play is automatically enabled on the PS5® console you've used to sign in to PlayStation for the first time. To enable Console Sharing and Offline Play on a new PS5 console, follow these steps:
Go to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Console Sharing and Offline Play.
Select Enable or Disable.
If you have another PS5 console enabled, disable your previous console to activate a new PS5 console.
Deactivate a console
If you want to disable a console you no longer have access to, you can remotely deactivate all devices.

When you enable Console Sharing and Offline Play, anyone who uses your PS5 console can:
Play your games and media even when the console is offline.
Play games and media you've purchased and downloaded.
Enjoy some benefits of your PlayStation®Plus membership.

You can enable Console Sharing and Offline Play on one PS5 console at a time.
PS5 Console Sharing and Offline Play does not affect your other console activation limits.

How to remotely deactivate PS5 console sharing
To deactivate a console you no longer have access to, sign in to Account Management and deactivate all devices. Please note, you can only remotely deactivate all devices every 6 months.

Can't enable console sharing and offline play?
If you have Console Sharing and Offline Play enabled on another PS5 console, disable the console to change activation.
Disable a console
Check the PlayStation status page. If you see any alerts, wait until the service is up and running and then try again.

Check that your console has the latest system software installed.
Update PS5 console system software
Turn off your router and wait at least 5 minutes, then restart your router and try again.

Restart your console.
Can't find or access content or benefits
Make sure the user who enabled Console Sharing and Offline Play purchased the content.
Check transaction history
If the game or benefit is included as part of your PlayStation®Plus subscription, make sure the subscription is active. If you're looking for a PlayStation Plus game, check that it's still available by visiting the PlayStation Plus guide.

If the game is owned by someone else who shares the console, make sure they have enabled Console Sharing and Offline Play.
