Pokemon Sword and Shield introduces tons of variety in the ways to evolve certain Pokemon that goes way beyond simply leveling them up like the old days. Karrablast and Shelment and their evolutions Accelgor and Escavalier are two such Pokemon, and are actually a set pair. You'll need to trade one for the other with another trainer in order to obtain their evolutions.
