23 Aug, 2019 @ 2:45am How to find Abandoned Buildings? Used to be you used the signal booster... but since you dont use nav data on it anymore, how the heck do you search for an abandoned building... bought like 15 star charts and not a single abandoned building < > Showing 1-5 of 5 comments

23 Aug, 2019 @ 2:47am You probably need to go to a different system to buy them. A system will only sell one type of planetary chart, so no matter how many you buy you'll always get the same type of destination. You need to read the description to know what type they are, or you can use my mod Distinct Planetary Charts[www.nexusmods.com] to tell them apart easily. #1

23 Aug, 2019 @ 2:51am Most common objects on planets. Choose a planet with big number of POI. Fly above surface with normal speed (without SHIFT) and press C key (on PC). You find it pretty quickly. #2

23 Aug, 2019 @ 3:58am To be honest, I'm not entirely sure. The different types are provided by the game. Why they chose to give them all the same icon is anyone's guess.I would imagine abandoned structures would be under distress signals though, along with crashed ships/freightersSecure sites I guess would be factories and resource depots, anything you need to blast into.Alien sites is alien sites
