Where to find the serial number of my bicycle ?

To insure your bicycle we need a way to identify it, that's why we ask you when you buy your insurance to provide us with the serial number of your bike, it will allow us to identify it in the event of a claim.

All bikes have a unique serial number to identify them. It is usually made up of letters and numbers and is either engraved on the frame or glued on with a label.

It can be found in different places on the bike, for example:

• On the base of the bike frame
• Below the crankset
• On the seat tube, either at the bottom or at the rear
• Below the battery (if it is an electric bike)

Still can't find the serial number? Do not hesitate to contact your dealer for assistance. You can also check your purchase invoice, it is sometimes mentioned there.
