1. Download Required Add-ons: From the PS4 home screen, highlight the Modern Warfare game > View its information > Select PlayStation Store > Go to Your Add-ons > Press the Download button for all the packs which aren’t installed > restart your console and enjoy the game.
2. Use Primary Account with Region: Another possible reason for the error that you’re not using the primary account most probably or maybe your game disc region is different than your account region.
