Sooner or later, every adult acquires a plastic bag that they use as storage for other plastic bags. But the bag becomes huge pretty quickly, ends up not fitting in the drawer it’s kept in, and becomes the reason for a huge mess.

5-Minute Crafts would like to show you how to fold plastic bags and store them in an organized way. And, in the bonus section, we’ll tell you how to fold and store reusable grocery bags.

1. Triangles

  2. Pass another bag through the handles of the previous one.
  3. Put it inside the tube with its handles up too.
  4. Put another 6 to 8 bags, the same way, into the tube and pass the handles of the latter one through the hole in the lid.

  3. Put a plastic bag folded in half, with its handle up inside. Pass another bag through it and also put it into the dispenser, handle up.

  1. Take a box with a flap lid approximately 14×8 inches and mark the cut lines on the lid. You have to draw 2 equal lines (which you will then cut) that are approximately 6 inches from each side edge.

  2. Cut the box along the marked lines with a paper cutter.
  3. Remove the middle part and the top of the right piece.
  4. Insert the right piece of the box into the left one.

5. Make a wide rectangular hole in the lid.

6. Cover the box with decorative foil.

7. Put a plastic bag folded in half and with its handle up, inside. Pass another bag through the handle and also put it into the dispenser, handle up.

8. Put 6 to 8 bags inside in the same way.
