You have to do something yourself too or else it's not a real survival game. They'll prolly make some kinda "growing" feature or something much later in development to make getting fiber easy. It does run out from the early days heh. I remember my first 3 days, had over 5k fiber. Now.....less han 40 lol it's pretty difficult ot keep up with the demand this late in the game (am lvl 60 everything requires the fiber even moreso).
