Pokémon Yellow is a special edition game released shortly after Pokémon Blue and Pokémon Red. It is based off of the anime. It is almost impossible to get through the Rock Tunnel without the HM Flash.
Steps
-
1 Have at least 10 Pokémon in your Pokédex. -
2 Make sure one of your Pokémon knows the TM Cut because you will need it to get the Flash TM. Advertisement -
3 Go to Viridian City. -
4 Go inside Diglett Cave. It's near the Dock. -
5 Go through the whole cave (it's about 150 steps) and exit it. -
6 Keep going south until you see trees that you can cut. -
7 Cut them down and walk through. -
8 Keep going until you see a guy standing in front of a building. He should be in a white lab coat with glasses. -
9 Talk to him, and he'll give you the HM Flash. Flash can be used in battle to lower the opponent's accuracy and can be used outside of battle to light dark caves and tunnels, such as Lavender Town's Rock Tunnel. Advertisement

Search Add New Question- Question Is it possible to catch Mewtwo with Pokeballs?
Lugia2453 Top Answerer It is, but you have to give it a status effect first. Sleep and freeze is the most helpful (though you have to get lucky to get a freeze). Without a status effect, Mewtwo was coded to be caught in nothing less than an Ultra Ball. Thanks! We're glad this was helpful. Thank you for your feedback.
