Genshin Impact’s highly anticipated 1.6 Midsummer Island Adventure update is finally here, bringing with it beautiful beaches and great summertime weather. Not only will it allow players to explore a series of islands, but you’ll also be able to try your luck on the Klee rerun banner.

Aside from these exciting features, one of the most requested additions is that of Genshin Impact character skins. Fortunately, two new summer-themed skins have been added to the game in the 1.6 update and will allow players to dress up Jean and Barbara with new summer-themed costumes.

Jean’s “Sea Breeze Dandelion” skin is available for purchase in the in-game Shop for a limited-time discount. The Limited-time Launch Sale will cost players a total of 1,350 Genesis Crystal, while the non-sale deal will set you back a whopping 1,680 Genesis Crystal.

How to get Barbara’s “Summertime Sparkle” skin

The Barbara Summertime Sparkle skin is the second outfit in the 1.6 update.

Fortunately, those who wish to get Barbara’s “Summertime Sparkle” skin won’t have to break the bank. Instead, Barbara’s skin is free to claim by completing requirements in the new Echoing Tales event.

This mini-event tasks you with locating the Echoing Conches that are scattered about the new islands. The conches are relatively easy to find, so simply hop in your Wavediver and get out searching for them. Once the Echoing Tales event is over, Barbara’s “Summertime Sparkle” skin will only be purchasable from the premium shop.
