How To Get The Divinity In Destiny 2 - Screen Rant

Divinity is a powerful Exotic Trace Rifle in Destiny 2 that can bolster the damage of Fireteam members and stun foes hit. This makes the weapon extremely effective for handling Overload Champions. The Trace Rifle was introduced with the Garden of Salvation Raid in the Shadowkeep expansion. Since then, Divinity has remained one of the most sought-after Exotics for high-level content in Destiny 2.

This Trace Rifle comes with the set Perks: Polygonal Rifling, Particle Repeater, Penance, and Composite Stock. Both Polygonal Rifling and Particle Repeater increase the stability of the weapon, which is excellent for sustained fire. Composite Stock also increases stability to a lesser degree, while slightly improving handling speed. Divinity's Intrinsic Trait is called Judgment and is what makes the weapon so great to have when fighting a difficult boss in Destiny 2. Sustained damage with this weapon envelops the target, weakening and stunning them. This creates a large white orb around the target that acts as an easy crit spot for the Fireteam and increases damage dealt by 30%. Targets that are under the effects of Judgment long enough are struck with a burst of extra damage thanks to the Penance Perk.

Guardians looking to earn Divinity will need to complete the Divine Fragmentation quest. This can be started by heading to the Sorrow's Harbor Landing Zone and traveling to the Lunar Battlegrounds. The area can be reached by heading South from the Landing Zone. After hitting the loading zone, players in Destiny 2 must make a left and travel into a cave. Inside, there is a massive Vex gate that will spawn multiple waves of Vex enemies. After defeating the weaker combatants, a boss will come out of the gate. This Vex will drop an Exotic Engram that will start the Divine Fragmentation quest.

The quest chain to get Divinity is broken up into four parts. The first step requires that Guardians interact with three Oracles on Nessus. They are each located in a different Lost Sector. The first Oracles can be found in Artifact's Edge and traveling to The Quarry. The second Oracle is located in The Ancient's Haunt Lost Sector in The Tangle region. The third Oracle is inside The Conflux Lost Sector in Destiny 2. The second step requires that Guardians collect 120 Decryption Core Fragments. These can be earned from defeating Vex on the Moon. Afterward, the third step will have players bring this material to the Lectern of Enchantment next to Eris Morn.

The fourth and final step requires that Guardians complete a series of seven puzzles in the Garden of Salvation Raid. The final boss of the activity must also be cleared in the same attempt. Players need to coordinate with their Fireteam to connect two energy nodes through holes in walls for each puzzle. There is one of these challenges before and after every encounter. For exact details on the correct positioning of teammates, YouTuber Br00klynBound created a detailed video for the Garden of Salvation puzzles. After finishing these challenges and defeating the final boss, Guardians will earn the Divinity Exotic Trace Rifle in Destiny 2.
