Where to Get the Whirlwind Hook

After you obtain the wall-run ability via Nuos' Claws in the Forest Shrine after Stoneheart City, you can return to the Arcane Tunnels and take advantage of your new wall-running prowess to get the Whirlwind Hook. If you've got the wall-run ability, head to the sewer area of the Arcane Tunnels. Upon getting off the elevator, jump forward across two pipes and take a left when you can. You'll see a ladder. About halfway down the ladder, turn and see if you can see a pipe on the upper part of the wall down the tunnel. You need to dash-jump onto the pipe. Follow the pipe all the way to the end and drop down.

From here, you'll need to run along the wall and dash-jump up to the next platform.

At the top is a doorway for you to go through, but first, continue in a circle and drop down to find a chest with a Sapphire Ore in it.

Now, go through the doorway and jump onto the large square platform. A cutscene will begin and four enemies will spawn.

It's the slime enemies we've taken out dozens of times already so dispose of them and a special chest will appear.

Open the chest to receive the Whirlwind Hook weapon.
