Whether the weather is extremely warm or horribly cold there is nothing better than sending your friends a smug snap with the temperature included.

The temperature feature on Snapchat allows the app to clock into your phone’s data and syncs to the temperature in your area.

This feature used to be available as a filter on Snapchat, in that once you had taken a picture you could swipe right a couple of times until the temperature popped up.

Then you could tap on the temperature filter to get the temperature as a weather forecast and choose to have it show up as Fahrenheit or Celsius.

Snapchat recently updated the temperature, time and battery features that were once available as filters.

Now you will find the temperature feature in your sticker bank.
