So I'm playing SP and have naturally increased the speed at which most things occur, including maturation. The problem is, I can't seem to imprint up to 100%. After ~30min the baby has a need to take care of but even if I address it immediately, I only gain ~77% imprinting. The problem is, it takes ~45min for a baby to mature (at least T-Rexies!) so I never get a second chance at imprinting and am therefore stuck at 77%. Is there a solution? What´s your multiplier? I´ve got x40 on my server and for cuddle i use 0.05, works pretty well so far although the smaller dinos which mature pretty fast are a little bit of luck to get to 100%, going on a walk can cost you one minute you´ll need at the end, also the intervalls aren´t equal every time.But i recently imprinted a Wyvern to 100% without a problem, had the last imprint at about 95%. #3 DaLagga ดูโปรไฟล์ ดูโพสต์ 24 ก.ค. 2017 @ 9: 56am Thanks for the replies. I did have the maturation speed set at 4x but I guess that's too fast? I just messed around with the settings and reduced it to 2.5x and the cuddle multiplier to .5x. I'll try that and see if it's better. But the advantage is that you can get closer to 100% before they grow up. So you might not get 100% but you get like 94%. If you have higher rates you don't have to cuddle as often, but you also won't get as close to 100% either. Cause now it might end at 77% and they grow up before you can cuddle with them again which would have put them at 100%. So basically lower rates are better for the best imprint percentage, but messing with the rates doens't make you more or less likely to be able to reach 100%. So if I have the rates set such that it takes 45min for a dino to mature and where I have to cuddle every 35min, then at best I can only get ~78% imprinting because 35/45 = ~.78 where the remaining 10 minute are just wasted. Likewise, if it took 50min to mature a dino with a cuddle interval of 5min, then each cuddling should give 10% imprinting. But because you'd never be able to cuddle without wasting a single second, at best you'd only be able to cuddle 9 times with 4+ minutes being wasted. Thus, you'd probably only get 90% imprinting. But if you reduced the cuddle time interval such that you had to cuddle every 1min, then each time you'd gain 2% imprinting. Thus, that last wasted interval would only cost you about ~2% instead of 10% which is why a shorter cuddling interval helps you get close to 100% imprinting. Do I have that right? If so, I agree. It's rather broken because they really should account for how the intervals fall so that you can always hit 100% imprinting so long as you're taking care of your dinos without wasting much time. #9 hi_fox ดูโปรไฟล์ ดูโพสต์ 24 ก.ค. 2017 @ 12: 50pm
