How to Get Unown

Where to Find All Unown Forms
  1. Go to Solaceon Ruins to encounter wild Unown
  2. Catch the F, R, I, E, N, and D forms in the large rooms
  3. Catch all other letters in the small rooms
  4. After catching all forms, access a new area of Solaceon Ruins via Ruin Maniac Tunnel
  5. Catch the ? and ! forms in the new area

Get the F, R, I, E, N, and D Forms in the Larger Rooms

Larger Ruins Room.pngAs you descend through the Solaceon Ruins, you will find 6 larger rooms with multiple stairs leading to different rooms. These large rooms, as well as the bottom-most large room with the four Pokeballs, will only hold one form of an Unown, each spelling out the word FRIEND respectively.

Get the Other Letters in the Smaller Rooms

Small Ruins Room.pngEvery other letter form of Unown can be randomly found in any of the smaller rooms. It will take some patience to get all of them, but it shouldn't take too long! Remember that you are free to access your Pokemon Boxes from your Party Menu in between battles to check which forms you have and don't have.

How to Access Pokemon Boxes on the Road

Get the ? and ! forms by catching all Letter forms of Unown

Ruin Maniac Cave.pngAfter catching all 26 letter forms of Unown, the entire Ruin Maniac Tunnel will be dug through.

This will give you access to a new chamber in Solaceon Ruins which is home to the ? and ! forms of Unown. These are the last two forms of Unown available for you to catch.
