Hola!!!!! 🙊 I'm so excited to share with you the cover of my upcoming cookbook Chicano Eats: Recipes From My Mexican-American Kitchen, set to be released June 30th!! I've been working on this project for the past two years and I am so glad to finally be able to share this with you! There's over 80 recipes and 100 hi-res glossy images and in there you'll find recipes for essentials like salsas, rice and beans, appetizers to share with friends, a whole chapter dedicated to tacos (!!! 😭😭😭), main dishes (like birria and three different types of pozole and many veggie options) desserts(like my strawberry jamaica birthday cake), aguas frescas and plenty (and I mean plenty 🙊) of cocktails too!
