It’s so easy to grown Green Onions from scraps! Just trim off about 2 inches from the roots. Place the roots into a small jar and add enough water just to cover roots and place on a sunny window sill. In about a week, you can start trimming them to use in recipes and they’ll continue to grow. Drain and change out the water every 4 days or whenever the water looks cloudy. They’ll last 1-2 months.
