How to Hard Reset or Factory Reset ALCATEL OT-585

1. If the mobile phone is switched off hold down the Power key for a short while.

2. Afterwards press the Center or Home button in order to open Main Menu.

3. In the next step find and select Settings & Tools.

4. Choose Phone Settings and then Security.

5. If prompted, select Yes by pressing the Center or Home key.

6. Next enter the Lock Code. The default one is the last 4 digits of the phone number.

7. Select Restore Phone and then choose Yes.

8. After that confirm the whole operation by entering the Lock Code once more.

Well done! The hard reset has just been performed.
