Procreate now allows you to add text to your illustrations, drawings, and designs. Learn how to use your favorite fonts

Procreate has become, without a doubt, the favorite app of illustrators, cartoonists, designers and creatives around the world. The iPad software allows you to use the screen as a notebook and has a number of extremely useful features for digital artists, but until a few months ago you could not do something as simple as adding text to images.

With the arrival of the function to add text comes a big question: how do you add fonts to Procreate? Here, we explain how, step by step.

1. Download your fonts

This is the first step to incorporating text into your images in Procreate. Download, purchase, or locate the fonts you want to use and have the files ready to import to your iPad.

2. Import fonts to your iPad

You can import the fonts in a variety of ways:

- Airdrop: if your fonts are on another Airdrop-compatible device, that's one of the easiest ways to share them, since the iPad itself will give you the option to open the file with Procreate. - Dropbox or Google Drive: You can use the cloud to store your fonts and access them directly from your iPad.

Grammy 2026: A historic night for global music

Bad Bunny Makes Grammy History at the 2026 Grammys by Winning Album of the Year with an All-Spanish Album. The 68th Annual Grammy Awards took place on February 1, 2026 at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, once again establishing itself as the music industry's most important gala. This ceremony, organized by The Recording Academy, recognized artists, songwriters, producers and technicians for their recordings released between August 31, 2024 and August 30, 2025. Comedian Trevor Noah hosted the gala for the sixth and final time, closing out his tenure as host of a night filled with music, emotion and historic milestones. An unprecedented triumph: Bad Bunny makes history One of the news that marked this edition was the triumph of Bad Bunny in the category of Album of the Year for DeBÍ Tirar Más Fotos. With this victory, the Puerto Rican became the first artist to win this award with an album entirely in Spanish, a historic moment that reflects the growing presence and global relevance of the Latin music market. In addition to the main award, DeBÍ Tirar Más Fotos also won the award for Best Urban Music Album, consolidating the night as one of the biggest celebrations of his career.

How to turn a design project into an attractive portfolio

How to Tell the Full Story Behind Your Design Projects and Build a Solid Portfolio. Having a well-constructed portfolio is one of the most important tools for anyone involved in design, whether it's graphic, web, UI, branding or art direction. It not only works as a professional cover letter, but also as a way to show how you think, how you work and what kind of projects you are interested in developing. One of the most common mistakes is to show only the final result: a beautiful image, a finished logo or a polished interface. However, what really differentiates a solid portfolio from a generic one is the ability to tell the whole process behind each project. In this article we review the key steps to transform a single project into a powerful piece within your portfolio, bringing context, narrative and strategic value to your work. Step 1 - Choose the right project. You don't need to show everything you've done. In fact, a good portfolio is usually most effective when it is brief and coherent. Choose those projects that best represent your style, your current skills or the type of work you want to attract. Prioritize quality over quantity. A single well-explained project can say much more than ten shown without context. It is also valid to include personal or fictitious projects if they are well developed and respond to a clear challenge.
