Are you worried you've been blocked on Snapchat? When someone blocks you on Snapchat, you'll be unable to see their profile or send them Snaps. However, this can also be a sign of the user deleting their account entirely. If you think you may have been blocked by someone, there are plenty of ways to know. This wikiHow will show you how to check if a friend has blocked your account on Snapchat using your iPhone, iPad, or Android.

How to Tell if You’ve Been Blocked on Snapchat

  • Look for a recent conversation with the user. If it has disappeared, you’re blocked.
  • Or, tap the magnifying glass icon and search their username. They may have blocked you if they don’t appear.
  • If they’re no longer on your friends list, they may have deleted you, but you’re not necessarily blocked.[1]

    • If you chatted recently with the user, they should still appear in your Chat tab. If you're blocked, any recent chats with the user will disappear.[2]
  2. Step 2 Tap the "Chat" icon. 2 Tap the "Chat" icon. This is the text box icon on the bottom toolbar, to the left of the camera.
    • You'll see a list of all your recently messaged friends.
