Electronic Arts Inc.(EA) a global leader in digital interactive entertainment, recently added games to the Steam catalogue, which enables users to link their EA account with Steam on simple guides below.

Reminder:

  • You can only link one Steam account to one EA Account, so make sure you choose the right EA Account to link to.
  • Underage EA Accounts are unable to link with Steam accounts.
 

(A) You will only need to link your accounts for the first time you play EA games on your Steam account, simple guides as below: 

Step 1: Kindly sign in to your Steam account.

Step 2: Launch the Apex Legends EA game from Steam by clicking Play.

Step 3: Install Origin if you have not installed it on your device.

Step 4: Origin will launch and ask you to link your Steam account and your EA Account.

Step 5: Log in to Origin using your EA Account information or create a new EA Account.

Step 6: Steam will install your game and notify you once it’s ready to play.

 

(B) Once you’ve linked your accounts and installed your first EA game through Steam, installing any future games gets a lot easier, kindly refer to the steps below: 

Step 1: Click Sign in to Steam then go to your Library.

Step 2: Select Apex Legends and click on Install.

Step 3: Click Next on the pop-up window to install the game.

Step 4: Then you're ready to play EA games on Steam.
