How To Logout Of Instagram From A PC, IPhone Or Android

This Itechguide teaches you how to logout of Instagram. The guide covers steps to logout of Instagram from a PC (Instagram.com), iPhone or Android.

Option 1: Logout from Android

• Open the Instagram App for Android on your Phone.

• Then, at the bottom right of the App, tap your profile icon.

• When your Instagram profile opens, at the top right of the screen, tap the menu icon (3 lines). Some of options will be displayed.

• Scroll right down to the bottom of the displayed options and tap Settings.

• Finally, scroll right down to the bottom of the Settings page and either click Log out (for the current account) or Log out of all accounts.
• Instagram will display a logout confirmation pop up.

• At the middle of the pop up window, tap Log out.

Option 2: Logout from iPhone or iPad

• Open Instagram App on your iPhone.

• Then click your Instagram profile icon (last tab, bottom right of the App)…

• When your Instagram profile opens, tap the menu (3 lines on the top right of the App). Some options will be displayed.

• From the displayed options, tap Settings (the first item in the list).

• When your Instagram Settings page opens, scroll down to the bottom of the page and tap Log out.
• The App will display Remember login info pop up with options to remember your login credentials for next time you log back in or not.

• At the Remember login info, select an option. A final log out confirmation pop up will be displayed.

• Finally, to logout of Instagram for iPhone, at the bottom right of the Log out confirmation pop up, tap Lou Out.

Option 3: Logout from a PC (Instagram.com)

• Open Instagram.com from a browser on your PC. Then, login with your Instagram account.
• At the top right corner of the page, click the profile icon.

• Then, beside Edit Profile, click the Settings icon (looks like a gear). A pop up with some options will be displayed.

• Towards the bottom of the pop up window, click Log Out. Instagram will momentarily display the Logging Out window, then log you out!
