​Bread Pizza

It’s an easy and simple pizza recipe that doesn’t require pizza dough and an oven too. All you need is some bread slices and a tava. Tap to read the recipe and try it at home.

​Ingredients required

4-6 bread slices, 4 tbsp pizza sauce, ½ green capsicum, 1 onion, 4-5 tbsp sweet corn, 4-6 olives, 6-8 tbsp Mozzarella cheese, oregano and chilli flakes to taste.

Step 1

Lightly toast the bread from the base on a tava and then flip it.

​Step 2

Apply pizza sauce on the lightly toasted side.

Next, add all the toppings including diced onion, diced capsicum, sliced olives, and sweet corn.

Season with oregano and chilli flakes as per taste.

Top it with grated Mozzarella cheese and place it on tava.

Cover with a lid and cook it until the cheese melts and the bread is toasted.
