Skip to main content MESSAGE FROM OUR CEO How to Make Fruit-Infused Iced Tea Tea Recipes Published on May 17, 2017Reading time: 1 minuteBack to all articles

Fruit-infused iced tea practically screams summer. Maybe it's because we're located in Alabama, but when the temperature rises, nothing quite beats sipping a refreshing glass of ice cold tea.

These fruit-infused iced teas are great because you can make them in a big batch and drink them throughout the week (or, drink it all in one sitting -- we won't judge you!).

The best part about this recipe is that it's totally customizable, and you can use your favorite fruits and herbs to experiment with a brew that's perfect for you. You can add even more sugar or honey, or drink it totally unsweetened. The world is your oyster (or, in this case, tea pitcher)!

Some combinations we especially love for summertime sippin':

  • Strawberry + Sugar + Basil
  • Lemon + Honey + Ginger
  • Watermelon + Mint
  • Raspberry + Sugar + Peach
  • Orange + Honey
  • Blueberries + Sugar + Mint

  • 16 cups water
  • 2/3 cup honey or 1.5 cup white sugar
  • Ice

Instructions:

  1. Bring a large pot with 16 cups of water to a boil and place your tea bag in the pot.
  2. Turn off heat and let your tea brew for 5 minutes.
  3. Add in sugar or honey, if desired. Stir until combined. Add desired fruit combination(s), remove from stove, and let cool. If you want even stronger flavor, crush your fruit and herbs slightly before placing in your tea.
