How to make Royal Blue fondant

Pettinice Ambassador Kerry Morris shows us her simple colour mix formula for achieving Royal blue without fussing with colour gels.

 

 

To achieve a royal blue, mix the following amounts:

  • 750g Pettinice Blue
  • 150g Pettinice Purple
  • 100g Pettinice Black.
