- 2 cup heavy cream
- 4 black tea bags
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 tablespoon sugar

How to make Tea Ice Cream
Step 1
To prepare this chilled dessert, first take a large sized saucepan and place it on medium flame. Then, pour milk and cream in it and mix well. Also add, tea bags and let it simmer for next 7-8 minutes so that the flavour infuses properly. Once done, stir the mixture well and dispose the tea bags. Now, transfer the mixture to a large sized bowl.
Step 2
Next, add sugar in the same bowl(step 1) and mix properly until the sugar is dissolved in the mixture completely. Now, add vanilla extract and stir well. Then, cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 7-8 hours.
Step 3
Now, transfer the mixture in a ice-cream maker and churn until set. You could also use the traditional method and transfer the bowl to freezer for next 3-4 hours until set.
Step 4
Lastly, transfer the chilled tea ice-cream in 8 serving bowls and serve chilled.
