Hey Guys I hope everybody is having a wonderful day. In order to make the Night's Edge, which is by for the strongest Pre Hardmode Sword, At least in terms of Melee Damage. You will need 1x Fiery Greatsword - crafted using 20 x Hellstone Bars 1x Muramasa - Found in most dungeons 1x Blade of Grass - crafted using 12 x jungle spores and 15 x stingers ( both found in jungle) 1x Blood Butcherer (crimson) or Light's Bane (Corruption) Take these swords to a crimson or Demon alter and you should be able to craft the Night's edge. Base stats of the night's edge Damage 42 (Melee) Knockback 4.5 (Average) Critical chance 4% I luckily was able to craft the Legendary Night's Edge on my first attempt.
