Measuring ID, measuring OD, Right Baffle Size, tube size - June 28, 2019
How to Measure your Pipes1. Measure the inside diameter (ID) of the pipe at the exit end that you are installing the baffles in. (If installing into the head pipe, please measure the inside diameter (ID) of it as well.)
2. If removing existing baffles, measure the outside diameter (OD) of your existing baffles.
3. DO NOT MEASURE YOUR HEAT SHIELDS.
4. If you have gutted your mufflers or removed your stock baffles call and ask for a tech person, 704.847.1222.
(Diameter: The distance across a circle.)
