When using a PC keyboard to control your Apple Macintosh computer, some of the keys available on a Mac keyboard will not be labeled on the PC keyboard. Mac OSX will still recognize the keyboard shortcuts programmed into the operating system, but you will have to push different keys to access the shortcuts. Knowing which keys on a PC keyboard function as Mac keys will help you save time when using keyboard shortcuts.

Press "Alt" on your PC keyboard when you need to "Option Click." Your computer will detect an "Option Click" event when you press and hold "Alt" while clicking the mouse.
