If you don’t know how to react to Instagram direct messages (DM) with emojis, we are going to help you out. For quite some time now, Instagram has been allowing users to react to messages with emojis. Even though many people already know how to use this feature, there are a lot of people who can’t find that feature.

How to react to Instagram direct messages (DM) with emojis?

You have to download the latest version of Instagram on your mobile phone If you already have the app updated, you must follow all the steps below:

• First, you have to open the Instagram app.
• Once you are inside, you must click on the “chats” icon, which is located at the top right of the screen.
• Enter a conversation.
• Press and hold on to the message you want to react to.
• A bar with several emojis will be displayed, click on the one you want.

If you did everything correctly, you will see the emoji below the Instagram message.

If you want to know how to find different emojis, follow these steps:

• Press and hold on to the message you want to react to.
• Then, click on the small “+” that is located on the right side of the box.
• Instagram will show you all the emojis you can use to react to the message you have selected.

Last but not least, if you do not find this option on Instagram, you will have to uninstall and download the app again, this usually solves any kind of problem.
