How to Remove an App from Wix

You can follow these directions for each of our apps in the Wix app store to remove them from your Wix website. Each of our apps in the app store include an Editor Component where you configure your app settings as well as a dashboard component where you can view leads, chat histories, and set up external integrations with Zapier and mailing list providers.

1. Remove the app from your Wix editor

To remove the app from your Wix website, go into your Wix editor and find the app component. Below is an example fo the Configuration button in the top center for our Conversion Popup application. Simply right click on the button and select to delete it. Once you publish your changes to your site, the application will be removed.

Sometimes you may have multiple items overlapping and may not see the button at the top of the page. In this case, you can right click and select Overlapping Items to choose our app component.

2. Cancel an active subscription if you've upgraded

To cancel an app subscription:

1. Go to Billing & Payments in your Wix account.
2. Click the Show More icon next to the app.
3. Click Cancel App.
4. Select Cancel auto renew and click Submit.

You're all set. Of course you can re-add any of our app components back to your account at any time!
