How To Remove Background Noise From Audio With WavePad

1. Download WavePad Audio Editor

Download and install WavePad Audio Editor. Follow the installation instructions and then launch the program on your computer to begin editing.

2. Open Audio File

Click Open in the main toolbar to import the audio files with the background noise that you want to remove. Select your files and click Open.

3. Remove Background Noise from Audio

Navigate to the Cleanup tool under the Effects toolbar. From the Cleanup drop-down menu, select Noise Reduction and then Auto Spectral Subtraction.
