How to Reset Jlab Go Air

Step 1: Make sure your Earbud is in the charging case and then forget the “JLab GO Air” from Bluetooth device settings.

Step 2: Now tap on the one earbud in the charging case seven (7x) times. This will make the Earbud flash blue three (3x) times.

Step 3: Next, tap the other earbud in the charging case seven (7x) times. This Earbud will flash blue three (3x) times.

Step 4: Finally, take the earbuds out of the case. This will flash solid white and the other will flash white/blue.

Step 5: Done. You can now cononect your earbud via Bluetooth.

Remember, you may need to repeat steps 2 and 3 until its successful. However, if you encounter any issues, you can contact Jlab customer support for assistance.
