SOURCE: How do I reset my dvr box, to my zmodo camera survailance? It is locked by a pass code, that I have forgotten.

The option to reset should not be locked even if other menus are. If it is there should be internal ram that may be cacked up with a battery, like a computer motherboard, disconnect it from the mains and remove the battery in this case. For in depth assistance, if this is not successful, please add detail of make and model and resubmit the query
