This is visible after removing either the battery cover or the rear of the lock.

Another popular variant of the Schlage Smart Lock Deadbolt series is the Schlage Connect (Models BE468 and BE469).

BE468 and BE469 are the model numbers for Schlage Connect locks. If you’re not sure if you have a Schlage Connect, remove the rear of the lock and look for the white label. Simply remove the top and middle screws on the rear of the lock to do this. The center screw is visible, and the top screw is visible after removing the battery cover.
You’ll also need the lock’s default codes, which came with it. Make a note of the codes on the white label inside the lock.
