There is no need for you to be referred to us by a GP or medical consultant. You can easily refer yourself for an MRI scan by completing our online form. Simply tell us about the reason you want the scan, the part of the body that you want scanned and answer some safety questions. Once received, we will then review and contact you directly to discuss and book your appointment.
With fast access to appointments and affordable pricing, it will give you peace of mind when it comes to your health and general well-being.
Please note that prices vary according to location and the number of body parts to be scanned. The diagnosis is always included in the price and your report will be completed by a specialist consultant radiologist, and returned to your referrer or GP within 3 working days from your scan time. We will clearly explain the procedure and costs with you, prior to booking your appointment.

How to Self Refer
At all times our primary concern is your wellbeing. We will at every stage b there to help you through what may be an anxious time. Our friendly team will explain the procedure and be able to anser any questions or concerns. Below is a walkthrough of what to expect on a visit. Please see our FAQs for more information or please call us to discuss any issues.
Complete our online form
The first step to arranging your MRI is to either send us the referral form from your consultant or GP, or to ask them to send it to us on your behalf.
Alternatively, if you wish to self refer, please complete the online form here.
Choose an appointment
Once your form has been received and vetted by our clinical team, you will be contacted by a member of our administrative team, who will ask you some simple safety questions to ensure that you are MRI safe.
If they have no concerns they will then offer to schedule you an appointment at a mutually convenient time

Your MRI Scan
We ask that you arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointment time. Our radiographers will explain the entire process to you, and will answer any questions you have prior to commencing the scan.
An MRI scan is performed in ‘sequences’. At the start of each sequence you will be informed of the duration, and asked to remain as still as possible.
Reports
Your scan images will be assigned to a specialist consultant radiologist for reporting. The report will be completed within 72 hours.
The report will be sent to your referring medical professional, who will discuss these results with you directly. If you have self-referred for the MRI, the report will be sent to you directly, as well as your GP.
Your scan images will be made available to you.
